Security Guard (Current Employee) says

"Terrible place they don’t car about you or your well being they have no problem giving one workday a week for full time workers like that has the ability to pay bills and hr didn’t seem to resolve any issues your having with the company or schedule Cons: Ni benefits no hours bad management extremely bad pay nearly every site pays min wage"

Security Assistant Manager (Current Employee) says

"No advancement opportunities, pay is terrible, they say they offer pto however they don't. God forbid you have an emergency and can't make it in, management are a bunch of a**h***s Cons: Everything"

Security Officer (Former Employee) says

"Simply put, this place is a joke. The uniforms are very flimsy. The assignments are sad. Management is beyond absurd. No one in the office knows anything about anything. If you truly want to feel like you are truly on your own, work here. Cons: Assignments were always understaffed"

Security Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"No support from branch office. Payroll regularly incorrect. Branch office does not respond to calls or emails. Branch office assigns extra duties and calls after hours and does not compensate for them."

Security Guard (Current Employee) says

"Not what I thought it was going to be not horrible but not great either . Depends on where you get put and the job aid says you make 15 an hour but that's only at Walmart's and you don't always get put at a Walmart if you get put at a library it's 9.25 a hour and half the time they hire so many people they forget when they call and tell you to cover a position over all terrible place to work not enough pay and not good managers Cons: Horrible pay if your at a library"

Security Officer (Current Employee) says

"They don't provide a reasonable amount of of respect and courtesy. They expect you to follow their policies and procedures in even when I conflicts with the clients policies and procedures then they write you up for not following policies of both companies. The pay is underrated for the positions they put you in and then expect you to be on call 24 7. The management staff have no clue as to what the officer does especially the HR manager. Cons: No breaks no compensation for time off. Schedule is hap hazard"

Agent de sécurité (Former Employee) says

"Tu es Juste un numéro pour cette entreprise"

Security Guard Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"They are a bunch of clowns who don't know how to manage a company and can't keep people because the pay is too low with no future just take a look at their mobile manager lol Cons: Everything"

"Horrible they dont care about there employees at all dont wannna pay you what you deserve! Doesnt have benefits or pto barely get overtime , the place is toxic Cons: Everything"

Segurança (Former Employee) says

"Muita dificuldade para fazer os turnos poucas dolgas ordenado baixo desprezo pelo trabalhador nenhuma compreencao com o facto de ter filhos"

"I worked for the company for over 3 years and it was not a company that valued its employees or diversity. If advancement opportunities is your desire steer clear of Securitas."

Security Officer (Unarmed) says

"They often go through extremes to keep from paying overtime. They'll often hire a temporary employee for a 1 week period just to avoid any of the current employees to work those hours for overtime on a specific project. Cons: Covid pandemic management, employees not being able to live off of this wage"

Security Guard (Former Employee) says

"Management was horrible, I was let go after only a couple of shifts with no explanation just a phone call. Shifts were all over the place, the pay per hour was the lowest I've seen in ages."

AGENT DE SECURITE (Former Employee) says

"Entreprise à fuir, beaucoup trop inconvénients, les horaires qui changent à chaque fois , travailler le week-end et la nuit pour avoir 10% brut par heure de plus, salaire minable, ambiance nulle, beaucoup de va et vient. Cons: Nombreux, salaire faible, planning changeant continuellement, collegue désagréable, pas de persective etc"

Site Supervisor (Current Employee) says

"The branch office will very rarely ever get back to you in an issue. If it is an issue with the site, you are told to just deal with it. Don’t be surprised if they work you over 60 hours a week for 15-20 weeks straight under the guise of being ‘unable to hire someone for the pay rate’ while also never trying to actually get you a pay raise in order to get someone hired. Cons: No breaks, $100 a paycheck (get paid weekly) for health insurance that is your card with your name, you are the branch office scape goat"

Level II Security Officer (Former Employee) says

"When you have poor management you get the CD short end of the stick. They don’t care about their employees and very unprofessional. Not a good place!!"

Security Officer (Former Employee) says

"While I was working there (August to September 2020), it was like working four or five jobs at once. We had to be security officers, janitors, inbound and outbound handlers, etc. No lunch breaks, or any breaks for that matter. I only had three days to train for this position (which was not enough time considering I had no experience in the field), and they wouldn't give me any more time to train. On top of that, the contractors never cared about any of us. Cons: No breaks, too much work load, low pay."

Multi-site Security Officer (Former Employee) says

"Don't work here if you value your family or personal life. They work you to the bone, guilt you for having other things outside of work and then give you NO work as punishment for not working 60+ hours Cons: Sometimes no breaks, no bathrooms, horrible management, zero communication"

Security Officer (Current Employee) says

"They don't appreciate they workers they don't pay enough for your hard work and dedication the company sucks they work you like a dog and don't want to pay for what's it's worth"

Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"this company is very unprofessional management all stick up for each other as well as HR. Management doesn't care about your well being during this pandemic as long as they have a body to work. Under paid workers and will do anything to keep a contract. Cons: no lunches or breaks . Management and HR are no help"
